Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values higher on Choice and sharply higher on Select on 
moderate to good demand and moderate offerings. Select and Choice chuck, 
round, and loin cuts steady to firm. Choice rib cuts steady while Select 
higher. Beef trimmings sharply higher on good demand and heavy offerings.
